Parameters

`max_tokens`	integer	No	Maximum tokens to generate
`temperature`	float	No	Only the compatibility value `1` is accepted. Omit this parameter for normal requests.
`top_p`	float	No	Only compatibility values from `0.99` to `1` are accepted. Omit this parameter for normal requests.
`top_k`	integer	No	Not supported. Any supplied value returns a `400` error.
`stream`	boolean	No	Enable SSE streaming. Default: `false`
`stop`	string / array	No	Sequences that stop generation

Claude Opus 4.7 does not support custom sampling values, even when Thinking is disabled. Use prompting to guide model behavior. See Anthropic’s API parameter deprecations.
